Our goal is to reduce campus-wide waste through redistribution of reusable personal items, inspired by the concept of “free-piles” seen in university co‐operative housing, along with the annual Dump-and-Run sale. We want to see reusable clothes, homeware, electronics, and small furniture going into homes and not trashcans – all year round.
Making it Easy
We want to make thrifting easy and accessible to everyone on campus, no matter where you are. Our Ezra's Exchange closet space allows students to donate and find new clothes for free in convenient locations around campus.
Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime. By hosting workshops teaching students how to repair, mend, and recycle clothes, we give them the skills necessary to help them reduce waste even beyond college.
One man's trash is one man's treasure. We help eliminate waste on campus by hosting pop-up shops during the school year. Students can donate their unwanted items to us so we can help redistribute it to those who may want them.
